Your responsibilities
As a Financial Services Specialist you will be responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products offered by our Client on the French market.
You will be performing activities related to loan/leasing contract management in respective systems:
Car loans and leasing applications processing (contract creation and funding: checking compliance, fraud controls and contract activations)
Contract amendments and termination
Recalculation of contracts
Responding to Customers’ and Dealers’ queries via phone and e-mail
Our requirements
Fluent knowledge of French language (C1)
Good knowledge of English language (B2)
Analytical skills and good attention to details
Min. 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking
At least basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
Optional
Knowledge of retail financing: personal loans, leasing
Knowledge of Cassiopae system
