Managing all financial and accounting issues.
Creation of short and long-term financial plans.
Preparation of monthly and management reports.
Supervised over financial liquidity of the company and management of working capital.
Conducting financial reporting, including consolidated ones.
Accounting for employees' salaries in cooperation with the accounting department.
Supporting strategic and operational decision-making processes.
Representing the company to institutions and external entities.
Conducting the payment process and settlements with contractors.
Supervised settlements and optimization of tax and cost policy.
Cooperation with project managers and individual departments in the company.
Close cooperation with the Polish and British accounting offices.
Taking care of the completeness of the documentation.
Settlement of EU applications in cooperation with a specialized company.
Ongoing tasks from the Management Board.

The Specialist must be a local professional in the area of business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
An appropriate advanced university degree, preferably at the master's level in business administration, financial administration, economics, or accounting.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of small or medium enterprise finance.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of management and financial accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial risk management.
Decision-making, initiative, goal orientation, independence in action, great organization of own work.
Commitment and taking responsibility for the areas entrusted to us.
Knowledge of international reporting standards.
Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level.
Efficiency in the use of tools needed at work (software).
An additional advantage is the knowledge of British accounting standards and legal conditions.
