Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for Financial reports (Cost, Key figures, Ageing, others), End-month accruals

  • Managing the Budget and Forecast process in SAP BPC tool, monitoring data and deltas vs Actuals

  • Take ownership of the month-ends reporting pack (gathering information from entities, consolidating in single reporting for management)

  • Understand the business, identify trends and provide analyses, comments, conclusions and insights

  • Ensure accuracy and quality information by implementing internal controls and checks

  • Liaise with Management to define reporting needs

  • Develop, maintain and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports using multiple data sources

  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, including RPA or BI reporting

  • Work independently within strict deadlines

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree (Finance and Accounting, Economics, IT)

  • Min. 3 years of work experience in independent position in financial area (e.g accounting, controlling, FP&A)

  • Work for the US Client in a different time zone 10 days per month (work staring from 2:00 p.)

  • Availability to work late afternoon

  • Fluent in English written and spoken and communicative French written and spoken

  • Very proficient in using MS Office products, in particular Excel

  • Rigorous approach, attention to details

  • Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers

  • Ability to extract data, integrate it from different data sources and generate queries/reports without guidance.

  • Ability to understand various business concepts, models and processes

  • Capacity to work both independently and in a team

  • Inquisitiveness, readiness to learn and take responsibility

Optional

  • Knowledge of BI systems & tools (PowerBI and similar)

  • Hands-on experience with VBA

  • Up-to-date with latest BI trends and standards

  • Knowledge of SAP BPC will be an asset
