Your responsibilities

  • Financial Statement data preparation for given country: trial balance, accounts mapping etc. within agreed deadlines
  • Check of Financial Statements prepared by team members for selected countries
  • Answering questions from Audit teams or local offices worldwide for own area of responsibility
  • Support team in case of questions related to FS area
  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborates with Process Managers from Group Companies and FS Optimization Manager
  • Communicates process changes and ensures valid documentation (SOP) together with Team Leaders/Operations Manager
  • Onboarding of preparation of financial statement data for new countries together with FS Optimization Manager

Employer requirements

  • University diploma: Finance & Accounting
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Statements area (preparation or audit)
  • Practical knowledge of accounting/financial reporting
  • SAP FI experience
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong co-operation skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
