    Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life. Global Financial Systems Support is in charge of financial systems maintenance and enhancement to drive efficiencies and assist in system/process changes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

    Job Description

    • Manage team of financial system analysts to ensure staff performance, motivation and development
    • Provide guidance for the team on configuration and maintenance of ERP and other Finance systems
    • Support development, planning and execution of system enhancements across all finance functions with cooperation of IT
    • Constantly drive innovation to boost efficiency of financial systems by the introduction of new technologies and solutions
    • Cooperation with IT, business and RPA team on business processes automation initiatives
    • Manage monthly system close activities of several subledgers (AR, FA, PA, GL, AGIS)
    • Accountable for timely and correct execution of ongoing system maintenance related activities
    • Manage resolution process of issues raised and align topics with relevant stakeholders
    • Manage the integration process of new entities
    • Manage functional on-boarding, training and development of team members

    Basic Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or IT or similar
    • 5+ years relevant work experience with ERP systems (preferred Oracle)
    • Oracle Finance module knowledge (Accounting, Fixed Asset, Account Payable, Account Receivable)
    • A minimum of three years’ experience in management position
    • Thorough understanding of Finance/Accounting basics
    • Experience in ERP project implementation as a plus
    • Project management experience
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to embrace change, re-prioritize work load on demand and still produce high quality output
    • Ability to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
    • Customer oriented and team player 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • self-motivated and able to motivate others
