Your responsibilities
manage fluids and hydraulics team and provide guidance to team members (e.g. determine the goals that members will work toward)
manage and control fluids and hydraulics design & standardization bottlenecks
coordinate fluids and hydraulics works of clusters and foster standardization as much as feasible
together with scheduler, plan, estimate, develop and maintain schedules for fluids and hydraulics deliverables
support the technical design & engineering standardization authority on fluids and hydraulics topics
approve fluids and hydraulics designs
obtain regulatory approvals for certain categories of drawing/documents
work closely with experienced professionals and a variety of cross functional group
Our requirements
university degree in fluids and hydraulics engineering or equivalent
several years of professional experience in a similar role
deep technical knowledge of fluids and hydraulics engineering and understanding of capex process
good communication and leadership skills; ability to deal with complexity, problem-solving and analytical skills, self-motivated & team player, creativity and ability to present own ideas
good command of English (B2)
