    Food Regulatory Compliance Analyst
    Fixed term contract – 12 months
    Lodz, Poland

    • Responsible for the management of regulatory compliance, regulatory / quality information.
    • Provides consultation in effort to complete regulatory information in support of commercialization and related processes.
    • Respond to food legislation queries from internal customers. Approves product formulations, copy documents, raw materials and artwork to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
    • Interprets evaluates and applies regulations, industry standards and customer requirements to proposed and existing products.
    • Support Central Technical functions and NPD – to ensure understanding and compliance with legislative requirements.
    • Leads small to mid-size projects, develops internal procedures, identifies process improvements, and participates in cross functional projects.
    • Leads / assists with departmental, cross-functional, or customer training and shares information with internal staff and customers.


    • Strong knowledge of regulatory or quality information such as nutrition, ingredient statements, religious certification, product labelling, assembly and product specifications or inspection plans.
    • Graduate in Food Technology or closely related technical field.
    • Previous related experience (min 2-3 years).
    • DevEX, SAP, advanced MS Office desirable.
    • Food law / JIFSAN certificate preferred.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Works collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to effectively apply applicable regulations and industry standards to products.
    • Fluent English.
