Your responsibilities

  • We are currently looking for Forecasting & SOP Manager to join our newly formed team in Warsaw. This is a full-time, permanent position involving both team leader responsibilities alongside forecast accuracy management and alignment between various stakeholders.

  • Ensure new ways of working are stabilized and installed in a sustainable manner

  • Ensure & maintain data harmonization

  • Delivering input to our global S&OP process (partnering with global supply chain teams)

  • Setting up and executing projects to improve the demand planning as a whole

  • Own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements;

  • Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives.

  • Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders

  • Analyse the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Setting up and executing projects to improve the demand planning as a whole

  • Help sales management assess the business with a powerful data-diven approach;

  • Analyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership. Drive root cause analysis and design recovery strategies;

  • Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders (forecast, quotas, business reviews)

  • Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiative

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, or other relevant fields such as engineering/sales

  • Ability to work on team mode

  • Good networking skills

  • Ability to work in large and complex organization

  • Autonomous

  • Strong capacity of adaptation and curiosity

  • The function requires a proactive approach so that

  • Problems are anticipated and avoided rather than solved

  • Strong analytical capabilities and in-depth understanding of business/financial interrelationships between marketing/sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structure.

  • Understanding of basic internal financial measures such as earnings and Cash flow.

  • Clearly demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience evaluating the performance of the business and what levers should be pulled to drive performance

  • Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change
