Your responsibilities

  • frequent cooperation within local Commercial team;

  • building and maintaining close relationship with local organizations;

  • cooperating with local entities based in Western Europe;

  • playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy;

  • preparing several sales reports based on different tools;

  • preparation of Management Reporting Package for company management team;

  • reporting of financial and volume reports for Sales and Marketing team;

  • group financial results reporting via Oracle HFM Tool;

  • coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives;

  • reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year;

  • preparing of other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives etc.;

  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

Our requirements

  • university degree in Finance;

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance with a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis

  • very good command of written and spoken English;

  • navigate easily in Office365 environment and advance hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point;

  • previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset);

  • strong analytical skills, able to think critically, able to consume lots of numbers and make appropriate decisions;

  • quickly move ideas to action, complete plans and projects with quality and speed and drive the company’s agenda;

  • team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for themselves.

Carlsberg Shared Services

Commercial CoE, currently consisting of 15 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide wide range of controlling activities for Local Commercial Companies in Western Europe. The main responsibilities of the Team are month end closing processes, supporting business with analysis and management reporting, financial planning in agreed timelines.
