Your responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all core P&L planning processes for Europe Sector for PSP, AOP, and Monthly FCST. This includes governance of global systems, process and calendar execution, financial consolidation & analysis, communication, and submission. You will work together with the FP&A community across Business Units and Sector to deliver optimal FCST accuracy
- Coordinate and deliver key P&L planning processes for Europe Sector, including consolidation, analysis, and review
- Owns submission to Corporate FP&A (HFM)
- Support the team on improving the analytical capability (this will include both ad hoc exercises to address emerging issues as well as improving the standard analytical output from the team)
- In collaboration with the Digital Finance team and Change management teams own Mosaic adoption and Digital transformation
- Identify, create, and drive efficiencies for FP&A processes by automatization and simplification
Our requirements
- Strong FP&A background, 7+ years of experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in key finance management roles
- Deep understanding of operating model in order to coordinate planning processes, gain alignment and support BUs in all discussions
- Strong financial acumen and an ability to understand the need of diverse stakeholders
- Excellent analytical/numerical skills – including strong attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of key planning tools
- Ability to liaise confidently and assertively and interact with ease across cultures
- Assertive, independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong presentation and communication skills
