Constructively engage with management and lead the implementation of a global managerial reporting and forecasting process for the group. This includes establishing standard labor rate methodologies, improving data quality as a basis for analysis, creating a central project database to enable real time margin analysis and produce relevant KPIs.
M&A support (implementing managerial reporting processes in acquired entities, assisting in valuation analysis and financial modelling exercises).
Perform fluctuation analysis to identify anomalies at month end and take necessary actions. Identify risks and opportunities and take mitigating actions in cooperation with management and relevant stakeholders.
Oversee annual budget process with business unit leaders to define revenue / profitability targets for each entity.
Produce managerial reporting data for use in annual management accounts and quarterly supervisory board meetings.
Manage team of 2 analysts.
8+ years experience in FP&A (financial modeling, forecasting) and managerial/financial accounting with emphasis in a services environment.
Strong financial and equally strong operational acumen.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP, database tools (PowerBI, Access) and basic understanding of SQL.
Balanced communication/presentation skills that motivate buy-in and earn trust from senior stakeholders. Ability to constructively challenge or accept ideas to arrive at the best solution.
Strong people management skills that include developing team members, providing guidance and feedback. Setting a positive example with the right balance of technical and soft skills. Be the type of leader who is credible both within the Finance team and also in the organization.
Proactive in finding solutions, effectively manage FP&A projects, have an analytical mindset on the operation and being prepared to meet tight deadlines.
Openness for occasional travel to Warsaw and Łódź
Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in German would be a strong asset.
Masters degree. MBA and/or a professional qualification would be a strong asset.

In this newly created role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing FP&A processes. As a fast growing company, we are early in developing our FP&A processes and this is an excellent opportunity to build them from the ground up. The role reports to the CFO, with high visibility and cooperation amongst senior management. The role is preferably based in either Łódż or Warsaw, but remote work with occasional travel is also an option.
