Your responsibilities
To have a good understanding of Operating Cash Flow, and ability to connect P&L and balance sheet movements
To support long and short term cash flow and liquidity planning of the Group
To support on monthly/FCTs/BDG/MTP bases the Balance sheet reporting
Monitor and assure compliance with GAAP and company procedures under IFRS, minimizing the quarterly Post-close JE and the Out of period adj.
Meet the deadlines, assuring high quality: in particular, focus on the reliability of the GTR and Enterprise actual and planning phase (BDG/FCTs/MTP) inputs
Support the business in understanding the deviations versus the benchmarks and scout potential risk and opportunities
Be effective partner in each moment any treasury topic is involved
Ad hoc analysis
Our requirements
Preparation of documents for the monthly financial statements (files, system)
Informing all relevant parties and entities about current requirements and possible changes
Data collection and related analysis in the required time, quality, quantity
Checking provided documents and data according to the set parameters
Communication with all parties regarding possible deviations and/or adjustments
Deep analysis of the provided data and documents for the monthly financial statements and subsequent forecast of the future period
Interpretation, presentation and clarification of achieved outputs
Research and development of potential improvements, opportunities for streamlining the process, better analysis and interpretation of results
Support and coaching involved parties to streamline the process, achieve relevant results and materials
Support for other team members related to Treasury areas
