Your responsibilities
After-sales service for French-speaking customers
Providing a high level of customer service using e-mail, chat, and phone
Quick and effective response to incoming customer inquiries
Providing accurate and complete information to the client using the appropriate methods/tools provided by the company
Our requirements
Excellent knowledge of French
Knowledge of the English language, min. B1 level
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Communicativeness, correctness, and language fluency
Good work organization, diligence, and responsibility
Willingness to learn and develop in the structures of our company
