Your responsibilities

  • After-sales service for French-speaking customers

  • Providing a high level of customer service using e-mail, chat, and phone

  • Quick and effective response to incoming customer inquiries

  • Providing accurate and complete information to the client using the appropriate methods/tools provided by the company

Our requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of French

  • Knowledge of the English language, min. B1 level

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Communicativeness, correctness, and language fluency

  • Good work organization, diligence, and responsibility

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the structures of our company
