Your responsibilities
providing excellent customer service (supporting French clients)
building up positive relationships with customers
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
monitoring of the situation on financial markets
working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Our requirements
higher education, preferably in Finance (might be IV or V year student)
background or experience in economics or financial services would be an advantage
previous experience in a customer service role desirable
French language - native or proficiency level required
very good knowledge of English language is a must (knowledge of any additional language e.g. Polish, German, Hungarian or Romanian would be an advantage)
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
good knowledge of MS Office
