We Offer

Margin Services are a risk mitigation function that exists to reduce the credit & market exposure of Credit Suisse versus its clients. As the Global Margin Services Control & MI team we ensure the accurate operation of the Bank’s OTC collateral commitments, which includes:

  • Managing Key Global Controls and MI environment.
  • Production and distribution of global reporting.
  • Front to back reconciliation of cash/non-cash balances of the firms collateral positions.
  • Collaboration with teams and partners globally.
  • Delivering new reporting solutions and process efficiencies.
  • Design of management dashboards using BI technologies.
  • Working on process improvements across the division.

This is a high performing risk-focused unit which operates with an ethos of innovation, continual improvement and process development.

You Offer

Your qualifications:

  • Very good written and verbal English skills.
  • Dedicated team-player with proven communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous work experience in control & reporting role or other area within banking industry would be a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong technical skills: advanced Excel knowledge is needed, Power BI, Excel (VBA), SQL would be an asset.
  • Control focus and strong analytical skills.
  • Eager to learn new processes, expand knowledge & to develop.
