Your responsibilities
Being part of the Fuels Retail Centre of Excellence Capability Network, working with global clients, advising and helping clients to shift into the New.
Defining business and technology roadmaps towards customer-centric business models, new payments solutions, fleet and loyalty programs.
Evaluating the effectiveness of existing solutions and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals.
Completing fit gap analysis regarding the transformation from AS-IS to TO-BE state.
Implementing digital solution like CRM, Payments or Loyalty Programs for key market players
Support team in responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), solution architect, etc.
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in fuels retail or convenience industry, experience in professional services (in consulting) would be an asset.
Master’s degree preferably in area of business, engineering, IT.
Experience at least in one business area: Sales processes within channels relevant for Fuel Retail area [network / online], Customer care processes covering fleet cards users and B2B partners, B2C & B2B customer engagements strategy with focus on loyalty, New technology development – digital payments, fleet cards, convenience stores on fuel stations/unmanned stations, digital marketing, customer management and communication platforms, data analytics, Network management for fuel stations and/or convenience stores
Knowledge of: Fleet cards’ management, EV business, Convenience / retail business, Omni-channel customer experience – fuel stations, online etc., Customer centric approach, Fuel/convenience digital marketing, Fuel/convenience digital payments (i.e., self-check out), Technology platforms used in sales and customer care processes, fleet and loyalty management, B2B and wholesale customer management, communication with customers
Working knowledge of business English [spoken & written] is a must, knowledge of additional foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Russian or Spanish would be considered as an asset.
