About the project
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a focus on React with min. 5 years' experience after graduation, but also knowledge of building frontends using .Net MVC.
Do you want to help develop and maintain a webshop? And are you passionate about becoming part of a team of skilled and committed webshop developers? Then this position might be for you! We want to support the good customer experience both before, during and after the trip, and here IT plays an important role in our success.
Project:
You will be part of an IT organization with more than 350 colleagues, and you will be affiliated with GepARTen, which is our Agile collaboration between sales organization and IT. Here we work with sales solutions, such as our app, the webshop, website and our ticket machines at the stations. We work with SAFe®. This means that we work Agile and constantly ensure that the tasks that provide the highest business value are prioritized first. We run with 10 weeks of PI’s and 2 weeks of sprints. In the SAFe® setup, you have many partners. You will have interfaces for your other developer colleagues, for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and for Shared Services in IT. And it is important that you are transparent about the tasks you are working on. You will find that everyday life is changeable and that we regularly adjust our plans during a PI because the world around us is changing.

Your responsibilities
Your primary work tasks will be concentrated on the development and maintenance of the webshop. When we develop commercial systems, it is important that we understand both the business and technical perspective and contribute to finding the right solutions to customers' needs. You will be part of a team consisting of a Scrum Master, a Product Owner, a number of developers, testers and Subject Matter Experts. The team has ongoing standups, refinement and planning meetings, retrospectives and reviews. We also meet across the board in GepARTen for PI planning and for a demo every 14 days, where we present our work to each other. The team consists of skilled people with a deep understanding of our sales channels and with a long history of implementing these solutions.
