Twój zakres obowiązków
- Analyse capabilities and document findings
- Assess workflow critical to the Accounting and ETF integration
- Coordinate training of staff on systems and processes
- Work with various workstreams and areas to ensure readiness of conversion
- Serve as a key contact to manage projects
- Day to day Accounting Activities during parallel periods, ensuring funds are within tolerance prior to go live date.
- Take initiative to participate and/ or lead targeted projects as needed
- Take direction from others to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in the remediation of client service issues through closure
- Continuously develop knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and
Nasze wymagania
- Basic understanding of Accounting, Custody, Fund Administration
- Basic understanding of Sub-Custody and International Markets, Securities, Cash Transaction Processing protocols, knowledge of global market processing requirements
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, working knowledge of Microsoft tools
- The candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and must have solid time management skills
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with Senior Management of State Street Corporation
- Experience with conversion or transformation projects is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree - undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, with a strong academic background.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Industry
