Twój zakres obowiązków
Analyse capabilities and document findings
Assess workflow critical to the Accounting and ETF integration
Coordinate training of staff on systems and processes
Work with various workstreams and areas to ensure readiness of conversion
Serve as a key contact to manage projects
Day to day Accounting Activities during parallel periods, ensuring funds are within tolerance prior to go live date.
Take initiative to participate and/ or lead targeted projects as needed
Take direction from others to complete assigned tasks
Assist in the remediation of client service issues through closure
Continuously develop knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and
Nasze wymagania
Basic understanding of Accounting, Custody, Fund Administration
Basic understanding of Sub-Custody and International Markets, Securities, Cash Transaction Processing protocols, knowledge of global market processing requirements
Ability to work with large amounts of data, working knowledge of Microsoft tools
The candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and must have solid time management skills
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with Senior Management of State Street Corporation
Experience with conversion or transformation projects is preferable
Bachelor’s degree - undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, with a strong academic background.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Industry
