Your responsibilities

We’ll look to you to maintain a profitable and sustainable customer portfolio by using your first-class relationship management skills. You will actively engage with financial professionals to understand their business payment needs and to provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and hedging solutions to our corporate and SME clients. You will be responsible for driving Trans and Core business whilst proactively managing clients with a key focus on achieving targets. You will be responsible for customer retention, monitoring market information and applying your sales skills to develop and profitably grow our client base. You will also provide clients with market information and global economic news to help influence their cash flow, product pricing and profits. You will process deals on our trading platform and respond to hedging needs through multiple channels.

Our requirements

You will use your in-depth knowledge of FX markets and commercial awareness to build customer trust, loyalty, and retention. You will need a high degree of strategic relationship building and management experience with the ability to create and execute account plans in-line with the business strategy. You’ll be motivated, detail-orientated, with exceptional interpersonal skills, and come with a proven track record in attaining and exceeding revenue targets ideally in a global business environment. You must be analytically minded and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You must have previous working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry within a sales-focused role.
