About the project
As a FX Technical Lead your mission will be to interpret the solutions provided and transcribe them to the programming languages and parameters required to generate the technical components integrated in the solutions designed. On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, lead and motivate a team of engineers, shape the team by interviewing and onboarding new joiners, take responsibility for project deliverables, monitor and report progress of the project (timesheet, risk management, project status) and cooperate with client on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities
Detail required functionalities, develop the services and operations that form the application and/or integrate these solutions with other components of other applications
Draw up all the technical documentation required in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution design
Certify the software produced and the integration of its components with others or third parties, carrying out the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy
Package of solutions for the correct deployment of SW in the different work environments or collaborate with DevOps
Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences
Our requirements
At least 5 years of practical experience in programming languages: Java (low latency), Spring, node, python (alternatives are valued)
Financial knowledge of Markets Rates and experience in investment banking (FX products)
Senior analyst in microservices paradigm. Indispensable ability to propose a software architecture based on services and their functional separation
Knowledgeable of development patterns for the creation, communication and orchestration of these microservices
Able to develop very agile microservices using industry standards (OpenAPI, swagger, opentracing). Knowledge in IBM API Connect is desirable
Knowledge in Cloud AWS
Very desirable knowledge of distributed HPC solutions (Apache Ignite, SAP Hana...).
Knowledge in service mesh solutions (Istio, linkerd)
Knowledge of Kubernetes
Confluence medium knowledge
Practical knowledge of the Scrum methodology or similar agile methodology
Good communication skills and ability to establish effective cooperation with clients
Fluent English and readiness for frequent written, phone or direct communication
