Analyse, provide and communicate reliable (management) Business Navigation information, securing holistic analyses and relevant recommendations to monitor and steer business and operational activities in order to fulfil goals for relevant stakeholders.
Analyse, research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most applicable and costeffective solutions.
Contribute to the development of global business information solutions, formats (common tools), follow-ups for evaluation of business opportunities and the production of ad hoc reports; support the Business by providing simulations, scenarios and forecast
Assess trends, business opportunities, (new) ways of working and risks and advise on actions for improvement and communicate in a clear and inspiring way to create energy around the performance and way forward.
Review the business constantly from a multichannel perspective keeping the customer in focus
Secure and maintain networks and a connection with and between the three core businesses, business owners, group functions and service functions within the Ingka Group and the larger IKEA ecosystem.
Support cross-organizational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
Support in ensuring a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies.

We are looking for someone with Knowledge of E2E process design and good experience in data analysis, developing metrics and projects based on result. Good understanding of how commercial and financial processes work and excellent analytical capabilities are must have on this position. If you are good at building alliances and collaboration with team members and stakeholders and you are result oriented this position will be a great chance for the next step in your career path. Advanced in Excel and Power BI skills are must have there. Proactive attitude, ability to interact with people in different environments and good English language skills will be an asset.
