a knowledge and 5 years experience in the Shared Service Industry (HR and/or Finance area) in the field of transition & transformation or service migration
good experience in operation management, customer service & process management
experience in business analysis or change management ( Business case development )
experience in working with global team
good communication skills
good solutioning capabilities in business services or process migration
adequate skills in finance , procurement , HR etc.
