Global Business Services-Global Travel Services (GBS-GTS) is a centralized GBS team that is responsible for Travel & Expenses (T&E) at ABB.
GBS-GTS fosters innovation, speed, and efficient travel management services with centralized administration and data transparency. The new T&E platform brings a host of services related to travel under one umbrella. GBS-GTS makes work-and-travel-life more productive for employees, line managers, country management, and ABB leadership. It empowers us with responsibility and efficiency. Travel procurement, travel operations services, execution model for countries, learning support, customer service helpdesk, and corporate card administration.

The ABB Corporate Card Administrator will be responsible for execution of the Corporate Card administrative processes. Job holder will assist and advice ABB employees globally on process and policies, manage and approve corporate card applications, cancellations and any personal/other changes via our workflow tool MyServices in close collaboration with our vendor. The Administrator will furthermore be responsible for late payment follow-up, reconciliations and liaise with our Corporate Card vendor counterparts to ensure a smooth and efficient Corporate Card administration process for ABB globally.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute card application, cancellation, late payment follow up and reconciliation activities and processes, compliant with our policy and guidelines
  • Be a consultant for ABB globally for level 2 support regarding Corporate Card administration. Communicate process and solutions to end users in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve second-level help requests within our Service Now ticketing tool, in liaison with our Corporate Card vendor
  • Enter requests utilizing Service Now ticketing tool and evaluate, categorize, and prioritize requests. Document and enter actions taken and decisions made. Refer tickets to other subject matter experts
  • Identify and escalate complex topics support beyond the capabilities of level two support or not resolved in a time specific manner based on service guidelines.
  • Follow up with end users on aging tickets to keep them apprised on their ticket status, notify customers/end users of major system issues, and provide regular status updates on these issues
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize a knowledge base, written procedures, and other Corporate Card guidelines/manuals to improve services and user assistance. Provide input on new issues or escalating problems
  • Work in self-directed team to achieve performance goals and increase productivity and lead and/or participate in team projects when requested

Your background

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant work experience as corporate cards administrator
  • Knowledge of the Travel and Expense area is an advantage
  • Good Excel skills are a must, knowledge of ‘Service Now’ workflow tool is an advantage
  • Candidate should be well organized and able work in an unstructured environment and contribute to streamlining of processes
  • Flexible to work for different time zones
  • Basic project management skills, or proven record of any role (e.g. PMO) for special assignments is of advantage
  • Very good English skills
