Your responsibilities

  • Support in designing, building and implementing comprehensive reporting platform for the GBS organization, incl. reporting delivery engines

  • Validating reporting engines and data extracted from existing systems in collaboration with the GBS Operational team

  • Analysis of data collected, providing input or potential focus areas and/or initiatives

  • Supporting GBS Operations in developing new metrics and dashboards, incl. deployment of the data collection and analysis mechanism

  • Collaboration with the stakeholders responsible for data lakes and reporting platforms (BI, Celonis, etc.)

  • Cooperation with GBS Operational teams/ GBS supporting functions in implementation and testing of KPI’s based on stakeholders requirements

  • Support in improving and enhancing the performance management framework and tools/solutions used

  • Taking part in initiatives targeting efficiency in reporting execution & automation

Our requirements

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience (eg. performance reporting, performance management)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent MS Excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Team player, highly motivated, flexible, taking ownership, driving initiatives

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different seniority levels

  • SAP or other ERP systems knowledge as a strong advantage

  • University degree in economics / finance / data analytics or equivalent qualification / work experience

  • Experience in working with data lakes, reporting tools, BI or different sources of data as advantage

  • Knowledge of Celonis Tool as advantage

The Performance Reporting Hub will further drive the reporting framework, being a key contributor to increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end processes, adding transparency and value.

You will be expected to assure the right focus in the performance management area and linking their perspectives and needs into one common reporting framework.
