Your role:

  • fulfill the information obligation of persons whose data is processed, including exercising the right to access personal data;
  • taking into account the request to delete data (in accordance with applicable regulations) - i.e. otherwise exercising the right to be forgotten;
  • taking into account the objection to the processing of data for which it was submitted;
  • the obligation to transfer data, if the data subject has requested it;
  • taking into account the withdrawal of consent that has been expressed;
  • obligation to notify the data subject about a data breach;
  • implementation of other rights of data subjects, resulting from the Regulation or other legal provisions;
  • preparing appropriate documentation ensuring data protection and security of their processing;
  • granting authorizations to process data and collect appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • signing entrustment agreements (data processing agreements);
  • implementing appropriate solutions within the organization;
  • training people who have access to data, make them aware of data security, including personal data;
  • assessing the effects of planned personal data processing operations before commencing this process;
  • keeping a register of personal data processing activities;
  • keeping a register of categories of processing activities;
  • processing data in accordance with the principles of the GDPR Regulation, including minimize the amount of collected data and limit their storage.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of GDPR and RODO legal requirements;
  • Experience in creating, implementing and controlling the execution of GDPR/RODO rules and requirements;
  • Experience in working in international environment and ability to drive the project between local and global (corporate) directions;
  • English on advanced level is a must;
