Your responsibilities

  • Manage General Ledger team,

  • Organize the team depend on workloads,

  • Be in direct contact with other departments within BEST

  • Organize the controlling closing for all entities

  • Supervise the Compass closing for all countries

  • Be the key point of contact for all countries

  • Ensure backup for the team to guarantee service continuity

  • Ensure continuous improvements of processes

  • Be responsible for KPIs linked to GL activities and report them to relevant recipient from L'Oreal group

Our requirements

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Collaboration skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Data analyst skills with great storytelling approach

  • Self-organized

  • University degree (ACCA, CIMA would be an asset)

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting/finance area

  • Fluent in English;

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP

  • Proficient in MS Office (mainly MS Excel)
