- responsibility for the entire operational as well administrative process in the hotel, supporting the team and acting as role model
- paying special attention to the guest services and focusing on the Vienna House Touchpoints
- making the Vienna House brand vivid and noticeable for employees and guests in a simple but tasteful way
- coaching, assisting and guiding the employees in their development
- proactively taking care of sales activities and sustaining the key accounts together with your Sales team
Our requirements
- several years of international work experience in hotel operation with knowledge of the local market of Warsaw
- good network and a strength for Sales & Marketing
- feeling comfortable in flat structures, taking initiative and easy and uncomplicated approach
- an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a pragmatic leadership style
- positive and successful communication with your employees
- fluency in English and Polish
