Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations functions of the hotel.

  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all supervisors of departments, leads and workers

  • Establisch from the scratch with Operations Team support full compliance to Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.

  • Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.

  • Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.

  • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with managers and leads on a daily basis.

  • Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

  • Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.

  • A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies

  • Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.

  • Act as a final decision maker in hiring a key staffs with HR team support.

Our requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience as General Hotel Manager in 3-4 stars hotels or big restaurants

  • Excellent leadership skills and up to date with best practices in management.

  • High communication and cooperation skills.

  • Great organizational skills.

  • Openess for different cultures

  • Guest-oriented and employee-oriented.

  • Good excell skills

  • Valid driving license

  • Fluent english

Position summary:

Responsible for managing the Hotel management team with our brand new concept-hotel and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience. A General Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
