    General Purchasing Assistant
    Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

    Your responsibilities:

    • Purchasing and P2P process improvement with Ariba e-Buy platform utilization (supplier enablement, e-invoicing, contracts, catalogues).
    • Support different countries across Europe with purchasing data management in SAP and Oracle.
    • Drive other purchasing tool towards continuous improvement of purchasing processes (supplier creation, supplier data update, creation and review of prices, supplier enablement, supplier deactivation, supplier’s savings).
    • Monitor supplier service performance (SLA).
    • Improve internal and external GP collaboration, communication and follow-up documents through Share Point.
    • Purchasing AP process improvement within cooperation with SSC in Brno.
    • Information support for the key change initiatives and reporting requirement.

    Our requirements:

    • Bachelor degree.
    • Prior experience in transactional Purchasing (1-2 years) or Share Service Centre (1-2 years) will be an additional value.
    • Fluent reading and writing skills in French.
    • English at least intermediate level (B1/B2).
    • Knowledge of ERP environment (SAP/Oracle) and P2P system (Ariba e-Buy) will be additional advantage
    • Microsoft Office Package experience (Excel, PPoint)
    • Analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Problem solving skills.
