Primary responsibility will be working with Genesys 8+ premise applications in an environment that includes SIP & Avaya Communications Manager.
Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the CTI technology and infrastructure for all company owned and company supported locations.
Responsible for coordinating and contributing to projects that affect Contact-Center Services for the company, including internal and external entities.
Responsible for Technical documentation and drawing.
Responsible for System and data backups
User trainings on Telecom applications and procedures as needed
Expert operation and maintenance of framework architecture (SIP), HA redundancy, OCS
Proficient knowledge of reporting components (Infomart, CCPulse) and proficiency working with databases (Oracle)
Proficiency in call routing and IVR (Composer, IRD)
Knowledge and experience of Contact Center Redundancy and Disaster Recovery Planning
Genesys WFM knowledge will be an asset
Experience with Avaya integration will be an asset
Basic knowledge of networking technologies and protocols
Ability to work in multinational environment
Experience with Agile project methodology and software development lifecycle
Ability to build and update documentation for contact-center systems

General programming principals
In-depth knowledge of Windows-based Server hardware and software and operating system
3rd Level Degree in related IT subject is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a contact-centre environment.
Experience working in the Financial Services industry a distinct advantage.
To read, analyze and interpret common business documents
Excellent Oral & Written Skills with ability to construct documentation for external distribution
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
Proven ability to Multi-Task
Travel to European locations may be required
Availability to work out-of-hours when requested and on-call will be required
To work well in a team environment with multiple internal contacts.
Must have the desire to excel and possess excellent integrity.
