    German Customer Support Executive

    Job Summary: 

    • To execute data and inbound and outbound voice customer service interactions, meeting the SLAs of the process;
    • To provide information to their customer regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA;
    • To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process;
    • Improving skill level through Self-development / nominating training programs, Skill revivification Tests;
    • Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as per defined by the process;
    • Meet the defined Quality Scores. Innovation & Process Improvement;
    • Comprehend the request sent by the client;
    • Download the requested data;
    • Analyze the data and deliver it as requested by the client;
    • Carry out the assigned tasks in a timely manner;
    • Order Management & Customer Service.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate in any stream;
    • Knowledge of written and spoken German (B2+);
    • Knowledge of written and spoken English (B2);
    • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA;
    • Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard;
    • The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Good typing skills;
    • Good MS Office Skills.
