Your responsibilities
Preparing payments on the basis of vendor statements
Debt collection and sending statements to Customers
Validating procedural compliance and timely and accurate accounting
Reconciliation of Trial Balance for one or number of European subsidiaries
Processing, execution and compliance of month end activities (month end closing, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review, manual journal vouchers including accruals and prepayments
Support other team members and team manager to respond to regular and ad hoc requests from finance and non-finance customers.
Clarification and coordination of intercompany matters;
Monthly Management Reporting according to the Company standard
Our requirements
Education - Master degree within Finance - Accounting – Controlling
Professional License in Accounting would be an advantage
Preferably 3+ years of experience in different areas of AP, AR and GL
Experience in working in international environment will be an advantage
Very good English (speaking and writing)
Good computer skills: advanced Excel knowledge, accounting Applications, government reporting
Controlling and/or auditing experience (internal or external) would be an advantage
