Record supporting information for journal entries
Ensure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on monthly basis
Support auditors with yearly financial audit
Participation in yearly financial statement preparation
Month end closing
Prepare information for group statistical reporting (rollforwards)
Recharges preparation
Statistical and other statutory reporting
ICO loans posting and reconciliation
Run FX valuation
Run AR Aging and reconciliation to general ledger
Posting and reconciliation of vendor debit/customer credit balances
Preparation of calculation for accruals, posting and reconciliation
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
Run depreciation for all fixed assets
Work closely with the other departments in tracking project costs in comparison to their budgeted projections
Fixed assets reporting
HFM and DSR monthly reporting

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with an accounting and or auditing background
Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, finance or similar field
Strong communication skills including fluent English
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment, multi-task, establish priorities and adapt to change
Ability to solve problems independently
Ability to take ownership of processes and accounts
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
