Your responsibilities

  • Provide company & functional knowledge to the IT team about the business process

  • Provide support to the business on a day-to-day basis

  • Define new processes and lead change in the business area

  • Perform testing and provide approvals for IT resolutions

  • Ensure qualified business participation within the change management process – defining business requirements, approving blueprints, provide test data, testing solutions

  • Collect necessary data and submit helpdesk tickets to IT support for issues

  • Coordinate and assist to resolve incidents or change requests

  • Create and keep process and user documentation up-to-date

  • Ongoing training of end users as processes change or new end users enter the business

  • Ensure the consistency of the system between different areas

  • Resolve how-to questions from end-users and business in general

  • Support End Users, create helpdesk tickets, administrate users

  • Overall RTR team support in case of business need

Our requirements

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent gained thru working experience

  • Professional experience in Finance / RTR field in GBS / Shared Service environment - at least 3-5 years

  • Strong practical user knowledge of SAP (FA and FI modules at advanced level)

  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes performed on SAP

  • Very good command of English (B2 is a must)

  • Highly developed analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to make decisions, set goals & manage changes

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Excel
