GL Senior Accountant - Intercompany

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

In the Accounting Operations GL Teams we execute all transaction processing globally at our onshore and offshore AO Centers. We are responsible for all balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. We are the key partner across Controllership on all transactional accounting related matters.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO:

• Review intercompany reconciliations and proactively resolve intercompany imbalances

• Liaise with counterparts globally to resolve intercompany issues

• Verify and submit manual settlements for payments

• Proceed with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests

• Perform all month-end intercompany closing activities in a timely manner

• Provide audit support relating to intercompany activities

• Build and maintain working relationships with other operating groups and provide them with subject matter expertise

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• University degree (finance / economics) or recognized accounting qualification

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Very good command of English

• Working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems e.g. Oracle Financials

• Practical knowledge of Excel

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

• Knowledge of any additional language

• ACCA / CIMA qualification

• Previous experience in SSC / BPO company

• Experience of US GAAP

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
