Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation process including cash transactions reconciliation
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Performing Fixed Asset accounting
- Maintaining Banking Account
- Performing VAT accounting process
- Providing audit support specific to general accounting
- Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement
- Responding to queries from OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes RtR Administrator
- Cooperating with Sub-Ledger teams (AP, AR, Cash Management) in accounts reconciliation/ analyse all general ledger accounts
- Supporting General Accounting Manager in identifying, defining and implementing processes improvement opportunities
- Identifing and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
- Assisting with operational dashboard. Ensuring data for all assigned metrics are available
- Coordinating compliance of the process and proactively introduce best practices
Our requirements
- You own Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- You have bilingual/fluent level of Russian
- You have drive for results
- You have pay attention to details and quality
- You have excellent Excel skills
- You have basic understanding of financial fundamentals and business framework
- You have strong customer service skills
- Your have good working knowledge of SAP
