GLCM Digital E-banking Specialist with French
Location: Kraków

Role Purpose:

GLCM Digital E-banking Specialist is responsible for handling HSBCnet related queries received both via phone and Email from GBM and CMB customers. The queries are to be handled in accordance with procedures, values and standards of HSBC by providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead an open, professional written and oral communication with the customers, stakeholders and internal teams aiming to resolve even challenging inquiries to customers satisfaction in line with the guidelines set
  • Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures
  • Resolve customer queries received via phone/Email in a professional, timely and accurate way
  • Process customer instructions accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets on all the processes worked
  • Supporting in maintaining HSBC operational risk and internal standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Requirements:                            

  • Fluency in English, French and Polish
  • Previous experience in client facing role is essential, preferably in multinational environment
  • Excellent communication skills and client oriented attitude
  • Computer and online proficiency
  • Banking and/or payments knowledge would be desirable
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain and transfer knowledge appropriately
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure of time while adhering to global procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to multi-task, depending on the criticality of the tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various international teams and stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic team player, capable of demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Proven track record of strong focus towards high levels of Quality and Customer Service
