GLCM Documentation Specialist – Content and Proposal Management Europe
Location: Kraków

Role Purpose:

GLCM Documentation Team in Krakow works closely with European Content and Management Proposal Team (London), whose purpose is to support GLCM’s business objective by articulating our client value proposition within influential content reinforcing HSBC’s credibility, elevating profile within cash management and equipping front-line staff for productive conversations at each stage of the client life cycle to optimize return on investment of Sales force and product innovation. The Team also plays a vital role is maintaining existing relationships by providing Customers with accurate business and operational overview as requested.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responding to Due Diligence Documents, formal questionnaires issued by companies who are willing to review HSBC’s effectiveness of the risk management and controls and that can cover various areas such as Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Legislation, Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Asset management, Third Party Relationship and others
  • Preparation of Fast Track documents - short and concise proposals designed as a sales tool (usually during meetings with prospective clients) to assist GLCM Sales Managers win new businesses
  • Liaising with various GLCM Teams/stakeholders in order to provide Customer with adequate and comprehensive responses to their enquiries

Requirements:

  • University degree or similar
  •  Fluent in English (both written/spoken)
  •  Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – able to interact effectively with cross country, cross cultural teams
  •  High attention to detail - experience in working with documentation projects would be an advantage
  •  Excellent time management and prioritization of work tasks as well as analytical, problem – solving and project management skills
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong ability to learn new technologies
  •  Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
  •  Demonstrate highly customer centric approach and strong business acumen
  •  Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
