About the project
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
You will be a part of Central Asset Management team in largest organization in Nokia – Mobile Networks
Being a first line of contact for internal users 4budget application, and support them (e.g. to diagnose and solve issue occurred in tool)
Maintain and update parameters in the tool
Update team/tool website
Reproduce bugs and test all fixes/solutions provided by IT development team
Student status with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, Software Technology or equivalent education
Availability to work at least 3/5
Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
Good knowledge about Microsoft Excel
Serving attitude and understanding of Helpdesk work and tasks
Basic knowledge about ERP systems (SAP P10/P20)
Ability to read technical documentation
Ability to learn quickly
Problem solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
