Your responsibilities

  • Ensure that TACK! and OIB administrative processes and routines are in line with global processes/directions, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations - with cooperation with stakeholders.

  • As global function for GBO, person on the position will handle both OIB and Tack! Processes for all Ingka countries together. Secure that needed actions are taken and implemented in the local countries.

  • In area of TACK! And OIB deliver support for the Ingka countries regarding Portal maintenance, calculations, communications, monitoring, reporting, closing periods, payroll system settings.

  • Person on the position will support in identifying needs for improvements of TACK! or OIB, develop solutions and support in implementations of the changes to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working, leading the needed changes supported by country teams

  • Be responsible for defining and evaluation the Processes training needs and look for the appropriate training for each need

  • Take responsibility for the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the everyday work

  • Support regular monthly payroll activities for SSC countries when needed in PYCC team.
