We are looking for a Manager with expertise in supporting the CXO's agenda from a strategic, performance and profitability perspective. Areas where we are seeing an increasing demand are GBS and Shared Service strategy, transition management, digital transformation, as well as BPO Advisory related services:
Supporting the design, build, and implementation components of the future GBS, Shared Services and BPO organizations, e.g. operating model, organization design, evaluating and selecting BPO providers, transitioning activities to Shared Services and / or BPO providers, or defining best practice processes
Undertaking or supporting GBS diagnostic exercises to understand the 'health' of the organization functions and identifying what is required to solve the challenges it faces
Helping GBS, Shared Services and BPO navigate the opportunities and challenges brought about by digital disruption and next generation technologies
Supporting in complex financial analysis to support business case development and benefits realization
Planning or supporting a project work stream (including a team) to time and to budget in support of the overall project plan
Understanding a client's unique situation and developing deliverables which exactly meet their needs
Supporting project planning and reporting, and creating deliverables as part of a larger project team
Bringing expertise and experience to advise clients, using a structured, evidence-based approach to help our clients to understand and articulate key business challenges, and designing and implementing innovative value for money solutions to deliver enhanced business performance
Work as part of a workstream owning key client deliverables, or (for Senior Consultant) lead a small workstream within the project having day to day responsibility for management of the workstream
Support and facilitate workshops, scoping and producing reports, developing project deliverables, and interacting with the client on a daily basis
Supporting business development activities including writing proposals and working closely with our industry and client account teams
Experience and/or understanding in or around one or more of the disciplines, i.e., operating model, Global Business Services, Shared Services, BPO strategy and diagnostics, process reengineering, transition management, process optimization
Good understanding of end-to-end processes across one or more functions such as Finance, Human Capital, Procurement, Client Services
Relevant experience and understanding in one or more of the Digital capabilities, e.g., robotic process automation within a functional and/or back-office environment using Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, advanced analytics, next generation ERP, Blockchain highly desirable
Experience working with Agile development methodologies highly desirable
Project management theoretical and/or practical knowledge
Good communication, problem solving and project management skills
