Your role as Global Capacity Management and Planning Specialist will be evaluating manufacturing costs, planning required CAPEX and monitoring equipment capacity in cooperation with production plants and technical centers located in many different countries of the world.
Your role:
-
Global responsibility for cost and capacity management of User Experience Product Line from early quote phases up to series production

Track equipment capacity for UX Products such: interior cameras, roof modules, radio, Displays, integrated cockpit controllers
-
Develop and maintain standard reports on CAPEX, track the needs and maintain accordingly
-
Support of the production line concepts concerning cost and estimated cycle times

Prepare quotation files for industrialization of new products

Support on Capital Forecast Tools update

Attend kick-off meetings of new UX products
-
Support MSD activities
-
Support Lead Manufacturing Engineers on equipment procurement
Your background:
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic industry
-
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Management & Production Engineering or similar with financial background

Outstanding analysis capabilities for cost calculation, budget, capital planning and management
-
Business fluent English
-
Skills in using MS Office-software
-
Ability to work and live in a global network environment

Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts and/or financial figures
