Your responsibilities
Manage the Change & Communication workstream in the global HR Transformation project
Manage and elaborate appropriate activities in the dedicated subprojects e.g. for Shared Service Center, HR Business Partner and Center of Expertise as well as HR Platform implementation
Elaborate winning and target group specific communication, e.g. internal mailings, newsletter campaigns, flyer etc.
Give guidance to respective global, regional and local stakeholder
Together with Global HR Transformation Lead, execute dialog formats like “ask me anything sessions”, regional / country HR meetings and further stakeholder workshops
Track success of applied measures and set-up regular pulse checks
Provide leadership with best practices and innovative ideas regarding change measures
In tandem with Global HR Transformation Lead, coordinate the global change ambassador initiative and cascade it to regional and local level
Prepare presentations for workshops, status calls or working sessions in high quality
Our requirements
4+ years of working experience in Change & Communication, experience in HR or HR Transformation is a plus
Career background in a consultancy, inhouse consultancy, multi-national corporate environment or multi-national agency
Change management & Communication skills and experience as well as passion for language
Project Management (classical & agile is a plus)
Fluent in English, German will be an asset.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Analytical person with strong strategic and conceptual skills
Hands-on and “get things done” personality
Ability to work efficiently, drive high-quality results and a possess a good sense of humor
