Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall consolidation process of Avon financial accounts and statements (International & LATAM).
- Oversee month end activities in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and related Finance ERP systems (EPM, FCCS).
- Ensure completeness of consolidation adjustments and timely delivery of consolidated financials to the Management and Group Consolidation team.
- Participate in Financial Reporting integration after merger with Natura&Co (the Group), reviewing US GAAP to IFRS adjustments, and supporting monthly & quarterly reporting to the Group.
- Support quarterly US GAAP reporting (10-Q/10-K) by preparing financial tables and tie-outs, and cooperation with external auditors.
- Lead and develop the team of 2 analyst, close cooperation with other teams (Treasury, Technical Accounting, Tax, Group Consolidation, etc.) to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Identify the need for changes and enhancements in Finance ERP systems (HFM, EPM), work directly with the Finance Systems team to design, test and implement changes, and train end users as needed.
- Participate in implementation of Group consolidation system (FCCS), including data load and reconciliation, discussion on further development.
- Supporting the internal and external audit processes and SOX compliance, interacting with the audit teams and providing relevant documentation and explanations.
- Supporting financial projects and ad hoc requests from various parties (Treasury, Tax, External Reporting, Group Consolidation, etc.), making sure that projects are implemented on time and with due care (including system development).
Our requirements
- Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in finance
- Experience in consolidation and reporting
- Fluent English
- Experience of Consolidations systems such as Hyperion (HFM / FCCS).
- Solid understanding of accounting across all Financial Statements – Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
