Your responsibilities
- Lead the provision of internal contract management services for Hitachi Energy’s Management Companies and CSS Centers globally, ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with the relevant directives and instructions
- Interact with experts from the legal and tax department to ensure compliance of our standard contracts and support the resolution of contractual disputes
- Preparation of draft agreements, alignment with global stakeholders and roll-out of final contracts
- Conduct a regular review and risk assessment of standard contracts with relevant Functions
- Maintain a global contract database for global internal agreements and provide ad hoc training to new users
Our requirements
- Minimum +2 years of experience in a complex work environment with global stakeholders
- Work experience as paralegal/legal assistance is an advantage
- Very good organization and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels.
- Fluent in English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with DocuSign is an advantage
