Your responsibilities

  • Support the team on complex requests, including managing individual requests as needed. This includes a careful and thoughtful review of incoming creative request details, directing to the right team, and working with Resourcing to identify a team to support

  • Maintain ongoing communications with Resourcing to secure the appropriate talent for projects

  • Expeditiously de-escalate concerns from our marketing/business partners

  • Engage in management discussions across partner teams and communicate back to our team

  • Ensure our team follows processes correctly and provide guidance when needed

  • Identify and articulate opportunities for process improvement (working smarter) and relationship building, independently and through team collaborations

  • Conduct midyear and annual performance management process for regional team members

  • Proactively coach your regional team through challenges and celebrate successes

  • Leverage workflow reports to identify project request trends and areas of improvement for accuracy

  • Provide feedback on our partner interactions

  • Experienced as a thoughtful team leader, providing constructive feedback and guidance

  • Effective storyteller — able to articulate your ideas and persuade your audience

  • A process guru who can quickly adapt to processes, and help lead areas of improvement

  • Expansive knowledge of creative asset types and production efforts (e.g., digital, print, video)

  • Proven track record of influencing your managers and peers to focus on moving forward projects

  • Client service-oriented mindset — able to actively listen when navigating stakeholder concerns

  • Capable of thinking critically to match partner capabilities with diverse types of creative requests

  • Comfortable establishing and building relationships with numerous creative agency partners

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual preferred, English/Spanish)

  • Confidence to work independently, to work withing a group and to collaborate across regions

  • Exceptional organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and concise documentation

  • Experience working in Workfront (or a comparable project/work management platform)

  • Expert skill level in the Microsoft Office suite

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a marketing/creative agency or business operations
