Your responsibilities
Lead & define global master data cleansing SOP & policies and it’s documentation
Lead & support Global MDM team in all master data analysis including performing fit-gap analysis across Wavin
Lead & support local/regional team on identification of critical data, assessing data quality controls and capturing the results
Lead & support local/regional business data analysis on data harmonization, data cleansing across Wavin
Lead the data cleansing train the trainer activities across Wavin
Adhere to the “rules of engagement” of Global master data organization
Identifies and manages fit-gap data issues & mitigating the business risks
Define global cleansing process to control, & monitor Master Data quality KPIs are followed up
Support & identify the Continuous Improvement of data harmonization and business processes and initiating actions to improve quality, efficiency or compliance;
Serves as the Global MDM point of contact of their assigned master data object
Acts as a liaison between local/regional business, the Global Master Data organization and Global/Regional IT
Ensures that The Master Data harmonization processes for all master data objects are understood and adhered to, mitigating any compliancy risks
Guide & support Global MDM team in data preparations, collection and validation for completeness of the harmonization activities
Self start mentality and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Define, collaborate and establish standardized MDM measures and processes with local, regional & central team.
Backup support for other Data Governance Analyst team.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or Management
3 years+ of relevant MDM data analysis experience including implementation and root cause analysis
Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC or S4 HANA; SAP MDG systems is a plus and databases (reporting/analysis packages)
Knowledge or understanding Information Steward reporting is a plus
Knowledge & understanding of Financial master data is a plus
Strong understanding of Material and/or Vendor & Customer master data
Proficient with Microsoft office suite (word, excel and ppt mainly)
Understand the impacts & consequence of master data decisions on business processes
Understands the business requirement and it’s benefit across Wavin organization
Understands relationships of at least one Master Data object across the different domains
Strong attention to details
Effective & strong communicator
Structure and effective time management and organizational skills.
Project & planning management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish or other language(s) is a plus
Able to guide analysis and discussion of issues to resolve conflict
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize
Ability to adapt and thrive with change and complexity
Ability to develop a trusted liaison to, and relationships with internal/global business stakeholders.
Ability to develop and exercise influencing skills to internal/global business stakeholders.
