For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: Global Digital Marketing Automation Specialist.

Your responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for supporting the technical set up, training and implementation or all marketing Operations tools specifically Marketing Automation

  • Support the regions with their digital marketing strategies and initiatives, leveraging the fully capabilities of our automation platforms and ensuring correct procedures are followed

  • Ensure all automated systems included Marketo and Salesforce are functioning and syncing together at full capacity, while looking to optimize their capabilities to best suit Client

  • Support train and guide the regional digital specialists with any questions or issues they face and ensure they are following correct governance on all automated systems. This includes running training sessions and developing and sharing best practices

  • Responsible for approval flows and governance of the Marketing Automation platform

  • Analyse data into meaningful results that can be used to optimize content and the user experience for the customer. Ensure appropriate success metrics (KPIs) are clearly defined and implemented, and leverage metrics to track performance of new campaigns, products and initatives

  • Subject matter expert on Digital Technologies and Strategies, specifically Automation and CRM. Research and stay informed on best practices, new technology and up-to-date on direct and indirect competitors

  • Collaborate with central digital to govern and foster regional marketing team’s adoption of tools across Client automated ecosystem. Tools includes:

  • Marketing Automation

  • Webinars and other Operational platforms

  • CRM

  • Analytics

  • and any other related current and future systems

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Technology

  • Certification in Marketo or Salesforce is a plus

  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience working in, developing and managing a marketing automation and CRM system. Knowledge in Marketo and Salesforce a plus

  • Digital marketing technology literacy, including an understanding and experience across analytics tools, social media, CRM and CMS platforms.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product rollout from inception through launch

  • Experience in managing or assisting a remote team is preferred
